The R&D specialists combine a thorough theoretical background with knowledge of internal processes and technologies to achieve the perfect product. Together with colleagues in production, purchasing, quality, sales and marketing, they work on our mission to make consumers and customers happy with fresh, healthy and high-quality bakery products. In the R&D academy, the team is constantly learning about new technologies, ingredients, trends in the different categories, ... so they always stay up to date.
